When designing girls’ skirts, twirling potential is extremely important. That’s why we include things like floaty layers of tulle. Swishy printed tiers. Pleats and gathers at the waist. (Or all of the above.) At White Stuff, our skirts for girls are always thoroughly twirlable. And that’s just the start. We haven’t even mentioned embroidered details yet. Or sparkly waistbands.
